These SMS Messaging Terms apply to any text-messaging communication you receive from StabilityLogic LLC("StabilityLogic," "we," "our," or "us") after opting in through stabilitylogic.com, our software, or our consulting engagements. Our SMS program is registered under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person) framework operated by US mobile carriers.
1. Program Description
- Program name: StabilityLogic LLC Business Notifications
- Purpose: Consultation-request confirmations, appointment reminders, applicant status updates, and account-related alerts.
- Message frequency: Variable — typically 2 to 10 messages per month per user. Actual frequency depends on the transactions you initiate.
- Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier.
- Supported US carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their MVNOs. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all regions.
2. Opt-In
You opt in to our SMS program when you (a) submit a contact form with the SMS check-box selected, (b) sign an order form that includes SMS notifications, or (c) reply START, YES, or JOIN to any of our SMS messages. Your opt-in constitutes express written consent under the TCPA to receive automated messages at the number you provided.
3. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message we send you. After we receive STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in by texting START. You may also opt out by emailing aqueelah@stabilitylogic.com with the phrase "SMS OPT-OUT" and the phone number you would like removed.

5. Message Content
- We will not send marketing or promotional messages without an additional explicit opt-in.
- We will never ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card number via SMS.
- All SMS communications originate from a registered A2P 10DLC number. Beware of impersonators.
6. Privacy
Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS program are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with SMS delivery vendors (bound by DPAs) as strictly necessary to send the messages you have opted into.
7. Carriers Are Not Liable
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers may support the program.
8. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive our SMS communications.
9. Changes
We may amend these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page and, where legally required, communicated in advance via SMS. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
