Behavior-first PropTech,
built from the operator's seat.
Aqueelah English is the Founder, Managing Member & Operations Strategist of StabilityLogic LLC. She founded the company after years of watching qualified renters get filtered out by legacy scoring — and built the Household Stability Index™ to fix it.

Why StabilityLogic exists.
Traditional tenant screening was designed to answer a single, narrow question: what does this person's credit report look like? That question filters out the wrong people and lets in some of the wrong ones. Credit scores don't know whether you paid your rent for the last twelve months. They punish thin files, medical debt, and applicants who've rebuilt from hardship. And they reward status over behavior.
Aqueelah founded StabilityLogic LLC to replace that mental model with something honest. The Household Stability Index™ scores verified payment behavior first, then income, then supporting factors — with a full audit trail landlords can defend and applicants can understand. Housing type is never a penalty. Recovery patterns matter more than a single event on a report.
Her thesis is simple: the U.S. rental market rewards friction and calls it rigor. If you replace credit-only screening with a behavior-first stability model, you can approve more qualified renters while maintaining default-risk discipline, deliver adverse-action notices designed to hold up under FCRA scrutiny, and give housing providers the operating infrastructure to actually scale. That's the company she's building.
Beyond HSI, StabilityLogic LLC is developing CredRent™ — a portable renter credential — and enterprise-grade CRM, workflow, and predictive-analytics tools so property companies can run leaner as they scale. The goal isn't to sell software; it's to make fair, evidence-based housing decisions the industry default.
From thesis to enterprise platform.

Enterprise integrations
Publishing production APIs, PMS/CRM integrations, and enterprise-grade reporting for national-scale portfolios.
Six principles that govern every product decision.
Technology should increase opportunity — not create barriers.
Every product decision starts by asking whether it opens doors or closes them. Software that only serves the already-approved is not the software we build.
Behavior matters.
Twelve months of on-time rent tells you more about the next twelve months than a credit tradeline. Verified behavior is the foundation of the model.
Transparency matters.
Every score exposes its inputs, its weights, its reason codes, its model version. If we can't explain a decision plainly, we don't ship it.
Responsible AI matters.
AI produces recommendations. Humans produce decisions. No autonomous adverse action — full stop. Fairness monitoring is a first-class product concern, not an afterthought.
Systems should empower people.
Operators, applicants, and reviewers all deserve tools that make the work more humane — not just more efficient. The product should feel like a good colleague.
Verification beats assumptions.
Where a signal can be verified, we verify. Where it can't, we say so. We don't fill gaps with inference dressed up as fact.
