Priced for your portfolio.
Not by the seat.
StabilityLogic is enterprise decision infrastructure. Every deployment is scoped to your portfolio size, unit count, integrations, deployment complexity, and support requirements — so we do not publish list pricing. Every commercial engagement begins with a pricing consultation.
Six ways to engage. Always scoped to you.
Most enterprise customers combine two or three of these tracks — for example, a pilot program that converts into enterprise licensing with a custom PMS integration and a professional-services onboarding sprint.
Pilot Programs
Time-boxed pilots (typically 60–90 days) against a defined applicant cohort or historical backtest. Includes a scoped success plan, a dedicated integration engineer, and a signed DPA before any applicant data is exchanged. Pilots convert to Enterprise Licensing on success.
- Historical backtest on your own applicant pool
- Scoped success plan with measurable outcomes
- Dedicated integration engineer and weekly working session
- DPA and Security Overview delivered before kickoff
Enterprise Licensing
The primary commercial model for institutional operators, REITs, PropTech platforms, and housing agencies. Annual license covering the Household Stability Index™, decision infrastructure, audit trail, and role-based access across your organization.
- Multi-tenant org isolation with per-property roles
- Configurable weights within governance bounds
- Full decision audit trail — reproducible by version
- Executive success reviews and roadmap alignment
Portfolio Pricing
Commercial scaling for large portfolios where pricing is a function of the total number of units under management and expected annual applicant volume. Volume tiers are structured to reward scale without penalizing seasonal variance.
- Unit-count and applicant-volume tiers
- Predictable annual cost regardless of month-to-month volume
- Cross-portfolio consolidated reporting
- Multi-brand and multi-region rollup
Custom Integrations
Bespoke connectors to your Property Management System, CRM, identity provider, bank-verification stack, or in-house data warehouse. Delivered as a productized workstream with a fixed acceptance test and a maintenance SLA once live.
- PMS / CRM bi-directional sync
- SSO and SCIM against your identity provider
- Data-warehouse and BI export (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Named integration engineer through go-live
API Licensing
Programmatic access to the HSI scoring engine, decision events, and audit-trail retrieval — for platforms that want to embed StabilityLogic behind their own product surface. Includes sandbox and production keys, versioned endpoints, signed audit logs, and a usage-based commercial model.
- Sandbox and production API keys with rotation
- Versioned, backwards-compatible endpoints
- Signed audit logs and webhook decision events
- Rate limits and usage tiers matched to your traffic profile
Professional Services
Optional professional-services engagements alongside a license or pilot. Covers implementation project management, applicant-flow redesign, operator training, model-governance workshops, and executive stakeholder enablement.
- Implementation project management
- Operator training and enablement
- Model-governance and fair-housing workshops
- Executive stakeholder briefings
We do not publish fixed prices. Here is what shapes yours.
Every deployment is quoted against five inputs. The scoping consultation results in a Statement of Work with unit economics, deployment milestones, and success criteria — no hidden line items.
Portfolio size
Total properties or communities under management, geographic footprint, and the number of legal entities involved in the deployment.
Units
Number of rentable units under scope and expected annual applicant volume across those units.
Integrations
PMS, CRM, identity provider, banking, and data-warehouse integrations required for the deployment, and whether any require net-new connector work.
Deployment complexity
Multi-tenant org structure, multi-region residency requirements, custom weighting policies, and any governance workflow customization.
Support requirements
Required SLA tier, named support contacts, on-call expectations, and the level of executive success cadence.
Enterprise deployments vary by two orders of magnitude in unit count, integration surface, and governance requirements. A single list price would either overcharge smaller portfolios or undercharge institutional operators. Our commitment is a transparent scoping conversation and a Statement of Work you can take to procurement — not a marketing number.
From first call to signed Statement of Work.
Every commercial engagement follows the same four-step path. Most enterprise buyers move from the first call to a signed SOW in two to three weeks.
30–45 minute working session covering your portfolio profile, current screening stack, and the outcomes you need in the next 12 months.
You receive a scoping worksheet capturing unit count, integrations, tenant residency requirements, governance model, and support tier expectations.
We return a Statement of Work with commercial terms, deployment milestones, success criteria, and any professional-services workstreams.
Signed MSA, DPA, and Security Overview delivered before any applicant data is exchanged. Kickoff scheduled with your named integration engineer.
Enterprise-ready by default
DPA, Security Overview, and Subprocessors register are published — not gated. Procurement can start their review before the first call.
Trust CenterNo hidden line items
The Statement of Work spells out unit economics, integration scope, professional-services days, and any pass-through costs.
Data Processing AgreementNamed integration engineer
Every enterprise deployment is assigned a named integration engineer through go-live. You always know who is on the other end of the ticket.
